Filling Series in Excel

In this lesson you can learn how to fill data series.

 

Entering huge series of data, it is not comfortable using drag. Much easier is to use Excel’s functionality.Click the cell. Write the first value which you want to start. For example 1.Fill Series Step value

Go to Ribbon. In the Home tab find Editing section. Click Fill and choose Series.

Now you can choose the Type of series. In the example below I chose Linear Type.
